Why Is there a Setup fee?
To make the process as smooth as possible for each church, we do much of the legwork to get you started so you can focus on more important things at church.
After contacting us, we'll exchange a few emails to get more information. After that, we will setup your account, determine your preferred colors and obtain a logo.
We'll also make sure the logo is the right size for the group pages so your group search pages look perfect. If you're using the CCB Integration, we will set that
up too (this is a behind-the-scenes setup so we have to do this manually anyway). We'll also need to test it to make sure the fields are all mapped properly since
many of the integrations are customized to some extent. After all that, we'll help you find the perfect template to fit your church. We want to make the
process as simple as possible for you.
What are the Special Discount prices?
Each plan has a special discount price if you plan to pay annually or semi-annually. If paying annually, you will receive a 10% discount for the year.
If paying semi-annually (every six months), you will receive a 5% discount for the year. When we setup your account, we'll ask you which plan you would like
and how often you would like to make a payment. Speaking of payments....
What payment options are there?
We take credit card payments, check by mail, or we can set up a bank transfer through our secure payment gateway. Credit card is the easiest, but if your
church would prefer to pay via check that is perfectly fine. All of the information on where to send the check will be provided after signing up. If paying by check,
we do request a semi-annual or annual plan.
Is our credit card information safe?
We take credit card security seriously. In setting up the account, we can take your credit card over the phone, or you can provide it through a secured link
on our server. The credit card information is stored in our secured payment gateway and is encrypted - even better, TheMissionCube won't see the credit card information
at all and we do not store anything but a "customer ID". The billing is automatically done by our gateway through a "subscription" process.
